About the Accommodation

This exquisite furnished vacation house is located in SW Cape Coral on a canal with a preserve behind you. The sun will set over the preserve as you are sitting pool side. This house has 3 bedrooms (1 full and 2 Queen) and 3bathrooms. The outdoor screened area has an outdoor kitchen with seating aswell as a pool and a jacuzzi. Pool and jacuzzi can be heated by an electrical pool heater. If you prefer staying at the beach we also have beach chairs, umbrella andcooler to enjoy a day at one of our nice beaches in Fort Myers or Sanibel. Please note that the price is for 2 people and does not include electricity and we do have a $150 pet fee
