About the Accommodation

This modern and nice furnished vacation house was finished in Feb 2021 and is ready for our vacation guests. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guests bed rooms have a queen size bed. The pool and jacuzzi is heated by an electrical heater. The house is located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood. We have 4 bikes in the garage and your are welcome to use the bikes during your stay. We also have beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler for your beach day in our garage. The house has access to a nice and wide freshwater canal and you can watch otters from the dock. We do have a fire pit on our patio so you can enjoy the nights at the illuminated pool area. The house is central located and you can reach Downtown Fort Myers in around 15 min or Fort Myers Beach in 45 min. The price is for 2 people and every add person has an add fee of $50 per week. The dog fee is $150 and we only allow one dog under 20 lbs. They are not allow to go on furniture or in the pool. The price includes $25 for electric. every add kwh is $0.14
