his exquisite furnished vacation house is located in SW Cape Coral on a canal with a preserve behind you. The sun will set over the preserve as you are sitting pool side. This house has 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 Queen) and 3bathrooms. The outdoor screened area has an outdoor kitchen with seating aswell as a pool and a jacuzzi. Pool and jacuzzi can be heated by an electrical pool heater. We also provide 3 bikes to enjoy the nice and quiet neighborhood by bike.You are welcome to go on the canal by kayak. If you prefer staying at the beach we also have beach chairs, umbrella andcooler to enjoy a day at one of our nice beaches in Fort Myers or Sanibel. Please note that the price is for 2 people and does not include electricity and we do have a $150 pet fee
