Cancellation Policy: If Guest terminates the contract before the rental period starts and doesn’t name a replacement that accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price (excluding cleaning) 30% if cancelled up to 49 days prior to the Check-in Date 60% if cancelled up to 21 days prior to the Check-in Date 90% if cancelled up to 14 days prior to the Check-in Date Termination is only accepted in writing. The date applicable is the day the document is received by the advertiser. Should an apportionment into a comparable rental property be necessary due to important reason i.e. (water damage, fire, etc.), the advertiser is intended to do that without any compensation claims on the part of the tenant.
